Our client is a construction services company, seeks to establish a new telesales function base in North-west London.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years telesales experience at least one year managing a telesales team.

* Maintaining and increasing sales volume
* Shadowing, coaching and training of team members
* Leading team members; planning, monitoring, and appraising results daily, weekly and monthly
* Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending regular industry events and meetings; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
* Previous significant management experience of a telephone-based sales team is essential
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience using CRM applications
