This company is an expanding security management company operating UK wide. The company delivers security solutions across all sectors, with an emphasis on construction and FM support sectors.
They have delivered exponential growth over 5 years and with corporate support want to increase the business revenue by 60% and diversify the client base.
Your new role as a Business Development Manager
With a track record of converting new leads into contract revenue, your experience in Manned Guarding including Keyholding and security solutions in the private and public sector will help you carry out the full sales cycle.
You will enjoy the support of the commercial & operational teams. As well as, being giving you the freedom to manage your diary, arrange meetings and set KPIs.
You will be reporting to the Group Head of Sales. This is a key role and will offer a great platform for you to demonstrate your skills.
What you’ll need to succeed
Firstly, a proven record in delivering sales growth in a similar role within the Security industry.
Your CV should indicate what you have achieved and delivered within the sector and how you have contributed to Sales growth.
This role offers autonomy, and you will be able to work with minimum supervision, and be conversant with MS Office and preferably the Salesforce platform,
The office is based in Harrow with travel to sites/businesses/Clients from the Midlands to the South Coast.
